I’d never had a Lara Bar before, but I got some of them for my mom because I’ve been trying to get her to eat healthier and I knew it was a healthy alternative and figured she’d like them, and she does! I rarely eat things like this because it’s from a package, but they’re all natural and only have a few ingredients so I approve lol. It was really good! I’ll definitely have them every now and then as a treat.
As for the Arctic Zero, I also loved this! 1/2 a cup is ONLY 37 calories, 80mg sodium, 6g carbs, 2g fiber, 5g sugar, AND 3.4g protein! Of course it’s not as amazing as your normal ice cream, but it’s a much better choice if you want a treat!
